suddenly our bodies start communicating with us, our guides start speaking out, the downloads begin to flow in.

without discernment, this can be overwhelming, uncomfortable, scary even.

in CO/LAB, we learn to slow, observe, and inquire —

CO/LAB will teach you to take inspired risks, so you can build a life that’s uniquely yours.

  • Month 1, we’re setting the foundation for the next 4 months of healing and change.

    Together, we will

    • learn to cultivate PRESENCE so that we can connect with our unique inner wisdom

    • try out a new low-stakes art practice

    • return to safety using breathwork / EFT / meditation rituals

    Month 1 is for ideation, connection, and anchoring into safety.

  • Month 2, we turn up the heat.

    Here, we reduce our inputs and start to ~inquire about the inspiration pouring in.

    ♡ whose voice am I listening to? my inner wisdom or the voice of my parents / boss / small-minded neighbor?

    ♡ is this inspiration something I *want* to act on? or is this work something that can pass to another?

    During Month 2, we’ll dig deeper into our creative art practice and fan the flames of our Creative Genius.

  • Month 3 is where the rubber meets the road. It’s time to start taking some bigger and bigger intuitive swings, off the page and in our real life.

    Month 3 is when our external reality begins to shift in a major way.

    That leap of faith we’ve been avoiding? We joyfully bound off the cliff together, here.

  • Month 4 is all about reflection and doubling down on what’s working. For our last month together, we deepen our connection to each other and this path.

    As our trust and confidence in CO/LABORATION grows, we begin asking the Universe for MORE.

    Bigger, bolder, badder than ever… we’re upping the the ante in terms of our risk-taking and experimentation.

Growing up, people always told me I was brave.

I remember being 8, 9, 10 years old and traveling prophets would visit my evangelical church in the Bible Belt of Texas, laying hands on the children and praying for our future. Time and time again, the prophet would put their hands on my head and then look up at my mom with wide eyes, proclaiming: “This is a Daughter of Boldness,” before moving down the line. What did that mean? I have no fcking clue.

But you know what? Maybe they were right.

Because at the ripe ole age of 22, I graduated college and moved from the quiet suburbs of Flower Mound, Texas to the bustling metropolis of Saigon, Vietnam — and it nearly killed me.

The noise, the language, the chaos of the bikes was so antithetical to anything I had experienced that it was literally a shock to my system. Country Mouse to City Mouse, hard mode.

I cried and cried; I thought about moving back to America countless times that first 6months in the city. But something in me, quiet and insistent, encouraged me to stay. So I leaned on my community; I leaned on my partner, Matt; I leaned on my own inner boldness to carry me through. And they did, for the next 6+ years.

Living in Vietnam taught me: boldness isn’t a personality trait. It's a muscle you build by doing scary, small things until they're not scary.

After a year of teaching English in Saigon, I was ready for more.

I didn’t know what that “more” was going to look like, but when Matt started working in the kitchen at a new — the first, in fact — American craft brewery in Vietnam, I started spending more time there, too. After my teaching shifts, I sat at the bar and got to know founders Alex, Betha, and John.

At some point during those first few months, John was complaining to his friend about running events and running the bar at the same time. And he was right; they were doing a sh*tty job. A few weeks prior, I visited the brewery’s stall at a local market and saw their rinky-dink setup. It was bare bones and dry. Think bachelor pad as a fair booth. Woof.

I knew I could do better.

So I interrupted John and told him exactly that: I can do better.

The look on his face, yall 😂😂. It’s seared in my memory. The shock and disbelief in his eyes as he’s thinking, Who is this 22-year-old girl to interrupt me at my bar and tell me she can do better??‍

But to John’s credit, he heard me out.

Did I have any formal experience in events management? No. Did I know anything about craft beer? No, not really. Was I willing to hustle and learn and do whatever I could to make it work? Abso-freakin-lutely.

I worked at Pasteur Street Brewing Company for five years. I got to travel all around the country running beer festivals, partner collaborations, and new taproom openings.

I never would have gotten that chance if I’d kept my mouth shut. That inspired risk brought incomparable friendships and opportunities into my life.

Saigon taught me to embody my boldness.

In a country that has been decimated and brutalized by very-recent colonial violence, there is an energy and optimism of spirit that I haven’t encountered anywhere else.

There is a sense that change is here and we are the change makers. After living six years in Saigon, that energy is viscerally, permanently tattooed in my blood.

This is why I do the work that I do: teaching others to embody their boldness, to take inspired risks, to enjoy the process of becoming their bravest, baddest, most heart-centered selves.

Because I know that that Self — the One listens to that quiet, still voice inside, even when it feels like a risk — is the One who’s going to initiate you into your biggest, juiciest, most incomparable life.

And really, what the f*ck else are we here for?

  • The Coaching Calls are space for discussing the monthly modules, their application, and life in general.

    They are space for additional education, community, and connection to the practice of CO/LABORATION.

    The Creativity Calls are essentially body-doubling spaces to practice PDA.

    We’ll be mics off, making art together and strengthening our PDA muscles.

  • Totally understand that it can be intimidating to bare your soul in a virtual group setting. I have been there mannyyyy times 🖤

    But the whole point of this practicum is to practiceeee giving ourselves a sense of safety in spaces of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. The group setting is part of that. I will absolutely hold you and love you through the discomfort.

    AND — the people in this group are angels!!! This is an application-based group program, so I can say for certain that everyone who joins is here to support and love on and sharpen one another.

    There is power in Community and this is going to be an intimate and radical space for bringing about micro and macro change.
