Using low-stakes creative practice, we will train ourselves to take baby-hops-of-faith.

what is low-stakes creative practice?
things like: watercolors, collage, drawing, beading, coloring, oil pastels, poetry-writing, story-telling, cooking, singing, knitting, crafting, choreographing, ceramicizing, .. any analog practice that gets you out of your head and into your intuition.
we'll brainstorm and experiment together to find your *thing* if you don't know what that is for you.

Working with our creative practice, we build the muscles to take big juicy LEAPS OF FAITH off the page // in our life.

what if you’re not an “artist”? what if you’ve never enjoyed putting pen to paper? what if the idea of painting gives you the absolute ick?
honestly? amazing. the point of this practice is not to make "good" art (although I do think allll art is 'good'); the point of the practice is to BEFRIEND your creative impulses through low-stakes practice. the only way to do this practice "wrong" is to not do it.

  • Month 1, during Pisces Season, is all about creating a soft landing.

    Here, we’re setting the foundation for the next 4 months of healing and change.

    Together, we will

    • try out a new low-stakes art practice

    • return to safety using breathwork / EFT / meditation rituals

    • observe how our hormones, our daily patterns and routines, our astrology, and Pisces season impacts our Capacity for Action

    During Month 1, we’ll lovingly explore our Desired Reality and create our first Experiment Plan.

    This month is for ideation, connection, observation, and — most of all — anchoring into SAFETY.

  • Month 2, during Aries season, we turn up the heat.

    We’re reducing inputs, trialling our Experiment Plan, and utilizing our new regulation tools to cultivate to safety and inspiration as often as we need.

    During Month 2, we’ll also dig deeper into our creative art practice and start to get to know our Creative Genius.

    This is where we really begin to dig in and discern whether we’re being motivated by Inspiration or Anxiety.

  • Month 3, which coincides with Taurus Season, is all about staying the course and feeling supported as challenges arise.

    We’re reflecting on the data we’ve gathered in Month 2 and adjusting our Experiment Plans accordingly.

    We’re checking in with ourselves that our Desired Reality still resonates.

    We’re doubling down on our Creative Practice, on our Community Connection, on our CO/LABORATION with the divine.

    We’re managing our Capacity for Action with grace, and beginning to understand how to navigate internal and external rhythms for maximum support and flow.

  • Month 4, during Gemini Season, is all about deepening our connection to each other and this path.

    As our trust and confidence in CO/LABORATION grows, we begin taking giants leaps of faith and asking the Universe for MORE.

    Bigger, bolder, badder than ever… we’re upping the the ante in terms of our risk-taking and experimentation.

The live calls will be held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (exact time to be finalized once all participants have given feedback on availability) and the recordings will be uploaded by Friday.

CO/LABORATION is not something to be rushed or forced, so we are going to take our time and relax into the learnings.

I don’t rely on feminine/masculine archetypes in my work, so you won’t hear me reference those energies in CO/LAB.

FAQs

  • Practicum is the style of the program.

    We are going to be learning together and then applying — in real time — the lessons of the course to life.

    There will be real time experimentation, feedback, and supports.

    Trust, Surrender, Risk Taking can be incredibly difficult concepts to embody, but embody we must. So we are going to PRACTICE together, encouraging each other as we go.

  • Change takes practice and TIME.

    We are teaching our hearts, bodies, minds that FORCE is not the way. And so we don’t want to rush ourselves through anything in this course.

    We are orienting ourselves AWAY FROM urgency, anxiety, should, must, do. We are working with the energy of being, accepting, presence, stillness, silence, listening instead.

    The pace is slow so that the change can sink deeeep and not just be a surface level experience that is lost once the course is over.

    We want to get at the root at these resistances, and that requires time and safety.

  • The Coaching Calls are space for discussing the modules, their application, and life in general.

    They are space for additional education, community, and connection to the practice of CO/LABORATION.

    The Creativity Calls are essentially body-doubling.

    We’ll be mics off, making art together because when creativity is up, anxiety is down.

    When anxiety is down, we are better able to trust and release control.

    Creativity Calls are part of the applied experimentation of Divine Collaboration.

  • Totally understand that it can be intimidating to bare your soul in a virtual group setting. I have been there mannyyyy times 🖤

    But the whole point of this practicum is to practiceeee giving ourselves a sense of safety in spaces of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. The group setting is part of that. I will absolutely hold you and love you through the discomfort.

    AND — the people in this group are angels!!! This is an application-based group program, so I can say for certain that everyone who joins is here to support and love on and sharpen one another.

    There is power in Community and this is going to be an intimate and radical space for bringing about micro and macro change.
